Education Specialist | STEM & Teacher Development | Curriculum & Training Specialist | Learning & Development An experienced Education Specialist, STEM curriculum developer, and learning and development professional with over 17 years of practice in education, instructional design, and teacher capacity building across Ghana and beyond. He is deeply committed to transforming education through practical, learner-centered approaches that make use of locally available materials to improve accessibility, engagement, and impact. He currently serves as a Curriculum and Training Officer at Practical Education Network, where he plays a key role in strengthening STEM education across Ghana and partner countries. His work includes supporting the national rollout of Ghana’s Senior High School STEM curriculum in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, designing blended and asynchronous teacher training programs delivered through LMS platforms such as Thinkific and Canvas, and developing hands-on STEM resource manuals for Ghana, Rwanda, and Liberia. In this role, he also coordinates cross-country curriculum teams, adapting STEM content to different educational contexts while promoting experiential and project-based learning methodologies. His efforts have contributed to training and mentoring over 1,000 educators, significantly improving instructional quality and classroom engagement in low-resource environments. He previously worked as an Education Professional at King Jesus International School, Madonna International Schools, Steve-Hills International School, and Our Lady of Fatima, where he contributed to teaching, curriculum delivery, student development, and inclusive education practices. Across these institutions, he played a consistent role in lesson planning, classroom management, teacher collaboration, and learner support. Earlier in his career, he served as a Teacher at Kovoc School Complex and King of Kings Schools, where he built a strong foundation in classroom instruction, student counseling, adolescent development, and educational leadership. During this period, he developed core competencies in emotional intelligence, communication, and learner-centered pedagogy. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in curriculum design and implementation, teacher professional development, instructional design, STEM education, training needs analysis, and educational program management. His approach integrates innovation, practicality, and systems thinking to improve learning outcomes at scale. He is recognized for his ability to bridge policy and practice—translating curriculum frameworks into effective classroom experiences while equipping teachers with the tools, confidence, and methodologies needed to deliver high-quality education.
